Dear Friends of Mary’s Hands,

 

I am standing here, in front of this little Bethlehem stable. They have been made out of 2021 little stones in the form of hearts and that is our gift to Jesus. It is the time, when we are all rejoicing, when we are happy, when we are trying to be good--as good as possible. But I believe that Christmas is not something that we should celebrate only on the very Christmas day, but the joy of Christmas we ought to carry in our hearts and lives all throughout the year, especially toward all of those who are in need. That person who is poor is not poor only on the Christmas day, but is poor all the time. It doesn’t take much to make somebody happy. Let us give to them the Christmas joy. Let us share with them the joy that we experience over the birth of baby Jesus in Bethlehem. May that be our message and may that be the message of Medjugorje. I would like to thank all our benefactors, all people of good will who have helped us all this time to be Our Lady’s hands. Because without your help, we wouldn’t be able to do much just on our own. But with your help, with your support, we happen to do many things and we hope to be able, together with you, to continue to do all the more. We are with you, Medjugorje is with you. We are with you through prayer. Just as Our Lady says, may we remain forever united in prayer. And because prayer is what brings us always together and keeps us together, on Christmas day you are going to be in my prayers. All your intentions, all your beliefs, I am going to present them to Our Lady, Queen of Peace, and Baby Jesus and hand it over into Jesus’ little hands. Merry Christmas to us all!
